Terms & Conditions of Sale

 

Please read all of our policies of sale laid out on this page.  By so doing, you are accepting the Terms & Conditions of SUP With Us.

Booking a lesson, tour or retreat.

 

The first time you attend a lesson, tour or retreat, you will be requested to fill in a swimming and medical form. We require this information so that we can decide if you are fit enough to take part in this sport.

Purchasing lessons, tours and retreats.

 

We request that all lessons, tours and retreats are fully paid for beforehand.

Cancellation of Attendance

 

Lessons, SUPfun™ sessions and tours that you cancel with 48 hours’ notice receive a full refund.

Lessons, SUPfun™ sessions and tours that you cancel with 24 hours’ notice receive a 50% refund.

Lessons, SUPfun™ sessions and tours that you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice do not receive a refund.

We reserve the right to cancel all Lessons, SUPfun™ sessions and tours, if the conditions are deemed to risky to proceed.

Deposits for retreats are non-refundable.
